Jurien bay is located 266 kilometers north of Perth, situated on the coast. Jurien Bay is the largest Town in the Shire of Dandaragan, with a population of about 1800. Jurien Bay is a great place for a holiday. The Bay is protected by reefs and islands which makes the bay a haven for all water sports. Jurien Bay has pristine white beaches, so swimming is fantastic. The fishing is great off the jetties and in the bay off your boat.
Other fun activities include windsurfing, diving, surfing, crabbing, & sand boarding. Jurien Bay has a marina and public boat ramp. For the bird, wildflower & wildlife lovers Mount Lesueur National Park has it all.
Nambung National Park and the pinnacles are a short drive from Jurien Bay. Juriens main industry is Rock Lobster fishing, when in season you can expect to get the freshest catch of the day from most restaurants in town.
